COVID NOTES: *** Please note currently Booty Camp is running classes primarily online using ZOOM for our MON-TUES-WED workouts (Core, Lower Body and Upper Body focused days respectively). On THURSDAYS we will now be meeting with up to 5 people for our special roving day around Seward Park together. If we have numbers over 5 we will rotate and may ask some ‘returnee’ folks to continue our outside ‘roving’ practice with a partner to get outside on the road separately but still ‘together’ (note all NEW campers will have spots for our roving day with Trainer Jessica)! We are also including a Friday morning 7:30am Shibashi practice (a half hour of 18 flowing breathe work movements) accessible for all campers enrolled in the session at no extra charge during these challenging times. Winter Program Location: Camps runs out of our indoor location at SOUTHSIDE COMMONS, starting mid Nov – early April. The Commons space is right next door to PCC in downtown Columbia City! Please note that we still go outside for parts of workouts when weather permits.
