Southside Booty Camp is a holistic morning fitness program in South Seattle that trains you to be functionally fit and body aware. We want to help you be strong, energetic, courageous and flexible in the rest of your life.  It is for any woman ready to commit to their physical well being as a lifestyle, and looking for the support and camaraderie of a like-minded community of women.
