Heather Hendricks from the 6:30am class has created a Columbia City Runners community website with some friends, check it out at www.ccityrunners.com. They have a run/walk every Saturday morning and so its a perfect way to get in your weekend cardio ‘homework’ sessions and meet some more great people that are into fitness.
Sandy Cioffi (featured in a previous blog entry) and her film crew were imprisoned a week ago because of the controversial nature of her work there documenting the oil industry.
