Returnees

It is important that the first time you use the system you read and follow the step by step instructions below the policy reminders exactly. 

 If you are a newly returning camper after a lengthy absence please read below carefully first as we are doing things a bit differently now like many businesses ‘post’ covid. 

We are now registering returnee campers only by QUARTER instead of by 4 week session.  Fall and Winter Quarters are 3 ‘sessions’ long – or  12 weeks.  Spring/Summer Quarter is 16 weeks with break weeks every 4 weeks. 

—>Note that there is a payment plan avail to pay ‘per 4 week session’ still if you can’t pay the full quarter all at once, but you still need to commit in advance for the full quarter when you register in the system.  Also there is a full time or a part time quarter long ‘membership’ option.  The part time option will help you account for travel and work absences during the quarter that you know are on your calendar. 

We have gone to a quarterly registration plan to help maintain and foster the container of our unique fitness camp community and puts the focus on longer term committed campers and a more stable container for the camp community.  This limits the number of times we offer entry for brand new and newly returned campers so that we can also work closer together over a longer period of time (without taking a step back to ramp up and integrate new campers into our community based fitness groups at the start of each 4 week session).  That said, if you are a returnee seeing this after the quarter start please feel free to contact Jessica anytime to discuss an alternative entry point for your situation – there may be a chance of an opening for you during the quarter… depending on the timing, and our current class roster.

***IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDERS:

Camp session days are not refundable after the session starts and camp days purchased for any quarter EXPIRE at the end of that quarter:
In this way we are able to keep the per class cost low, keep our administrative overhead down, and offer scholarships to those that need financial help.  We MAY offer you some credit on a case by case basis in situations of serious family emergency or injury and illness lasting more than a week. We do not offer credit for changes in your work schedule, a sudden vacation, or the odd flu bug that we all get here and there. You must contact us in writing within a week of the first day of absence and before the start of the next session to be considered for a special circumstances credit. We tend to be rather generous perhaps to a fault! …but it is best for the overall business and our ability to offer scholarships and respond to serious needs if we can keep credit reserved for the longer and more serious situations. We ask that you consider this when requesting.

Dangerous Roads and Weather Policy:
We do not offer credit for days when the elemental powers that be have rendered our roads unsafe for travel to camp or we have to cancel a camp day due to fire smoke or storm/snow/ice hazard.  In the past 16 years of camp we have had 5  cancellation days and many free days of workouts, organized events, and socials over the course of the booty year. Cancellation decisions will be sent in email by 5:30 am on the morning of any suspected cancellation decision.

There are two purchase options for the 16 week Spring/Summer Quarter 2024.  You can pay in full or setup an autopayment plan in Mindbody to pay over the course of 4 months.

– Full time Membership (4 days per week, or the 64 days of the full quarter) – Benefits of choosing this option are: super simple one time registration, you won’t worry about having to manage your days in the Mindbody system, and have total flexibility to come any and every day of camp.  Full time membership is $896 (this gives a price of $14/day if you attend every day).

– Part time Membership –  This option is one set membership price for the quarter for up to 36 days of $612.  Pricing per day works out to be $16/day if you attend an average of 3 days per week (or 48 days) over the course of the quarter – Or a bit more if you attend somewhere between 24 (2 days per week) – 36 days.  You have total flexibility to choose your days to help account for any work/vacation absences over the course of the season (for example you could come 4 days one week and two days the next or even come full time for 12 weeks and be gone for 3 weeks over the course of the session).  You must manage your days in the Mindbody system.

ENROLL AND PURCHASE SESSIONS

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

  1. LOGIN. IF you are new to our Mindbody reg site but are an old returnee from a long ways back – under “New to our Site?” enter your first and last name. We likely have a returning camper profile for you in the system from when we migrated info over to Mindbody – all you have to do is create a password and you will be logged in. IF the system does not recognize you using your first and last name go ahead and create a new profile.
  2. Go to the BOOK TRAINING tab on the top of the screen
  3. Click “Sign Up Now” under your class session date, time and location. Please note you may have to scroll down on the page to find your specific class time.
    • IF you will attending 4 days per week DO NOT change anything – just click ‘Enroll’ and you will be enrolled in all camp days for that session (the ‘Register from this date forward’ option with the correct session start date is already chosen for you).
    • IF you will be attending less than 4 days per week over the course of the quarter please pick ‘Choose your schedule’ and you click on all the days you want to attend class. PART TIMERS: DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! Please choose all your days for the quarter to the best of your ability NOW so that you have your spot reserved over the course of the season.  Note that there is total flexibility to change your days in the system if your plans change later during the session.  To change your days once the quarter has started you will need to go back to the Book Training tab before the class you want to cancel has started and enroll in the day that you want first just to make sure your day of choice is not full – then go to the MY SCHEDULE TAB and click on the sub heading ‘My Schedule’ to cancel out of the day you will not attend.
  4. After enrolling in your class days, if you are ready to pay for the quarter long membership in full for either the full time or the part timer membership program simply continue as prompted under the BUY SESSIONS & EVENTS TAB. 
  5.  OR if you want to purchase an auto payment plan for the quarter follow the directions exactly below thanks!  This will divide the membership into 3 monthly payments for you!

    1. Click on Buy Sessions tab, DO NOT choose one the main pricing options on the Services page- instead click on the Contracts sub heading under the top tabs and select the contract for either the full or part time autopayment plan.
    2. Select Make purchase
    3. Select Check Out (Do NOT change the quantity on the 2 items showing in the cart)
    4. Put in your billing information and select Place Order
