5k To Half Marathon Training

This spring, Trainer Michelle will be teaching a 5k to Half Marathon series starting March 27 – June 12.

This program will lead up to the June 13 Rock ‘ Roll Half Marathon!

Ready for a new challenge in a supportive environment?

Build confidence, strength and stamina in a small group environment.
You’ll get a training plan, tailored to meet your needs.
We’ll cover nutrition, hydration, gear, goal setting, motivation, recovery, avoiding injury, cross training and race day strategies.
You’ll do all of this with other strong, powerful women and we’ll do our long runs together for camaraderie.


Bring yourself and a good pair of running shoes and let’s do this!
Class time: Fridays at Leschi Park from 7:15-8:15am, March 27-June 12, 2015
The series runs for 12 Friday mornings out of Leschi Park.

Optional group long runs on Sundays are included!
